By accessing or using Promptrr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Promptrr is a prompt library manager that lets you save, organize, and access AI prompts. The Service is available as a web application, browser extension (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), iOS app, and macOS app. We provide tools to create, tag, search, share, and export your prompt library across devices.
Use of the Promptrr iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the Promptrr iOS app, you agree to the terms of the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA shall govern with respect to the iOS app.
Promptrr Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google, Apple, GitHub, or email and password. You are responsible for:
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use false information or violate these Terms.
Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or abuse free trials is prohibited.
You retain full ownership of all prompts, folders, tags, and other content you create in the Service (“Your Content”). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content:
Promptrr offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The Pro plan is billed annually at the price displayed at checkout and includes a 7-day free trial for eligible first-time subscribers.
Pro subscribers have access to a curated library of prompts (“Pro Prompts Library”). This content is provided for your personal use within the Service. You may use Pro Library prompts in your own work, but you may not redistribute, resell, or publish the library content in bulk.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as automatic tag suggestions. These features process portions of your prompt content to provide suggestions. By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

The browser extension and native apps (iOS, macOS) are provided as additional access points to the Service. They are subject to the same Terms. Additionally:
You can export all your prompts, folders, and tags at any time as a JSON file through the Account settings. This ensures you always have access to your data in a portable format. You can also import prompts from a compatible JSON file.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core functionality.
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and provide a way to export your data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data including prompts, folders, tags, version history, shared links, and personal information. Any active subscription will be cancelled. This action cannot be undone.
We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with notice unless the violation requires immediate action to protect the Service or other users. In the case of termination for Terms violation, we are not obligated to provide a refund for any remaining subscription period.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation (excluding Your Content and Pro Library content you have legitimately accessed), is owned by Promptrr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI-powered features are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always produce accurate results. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promptrr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
